If you have a question that is not listed in this FAQ, please contact us. Q: Are the seat belts SFI approved? A: Yes. All of our products have been certified by the SFI. Q: Can I put one of your harnesses in my street car? A: If you have an approved rollcage or harness bar, and are able to bolt the sub-belt directly through the bottom of your seat into the floor pan, yes. If you are using your stock seatbelt mounting positions to bolt in the new harness, you MUST be wearing your stock seatbelt on TOP of the new harness. Q: Will Rich Safety Restraints install my belt? A: Unfortunately, due to liability issues, we are unable to do any hands on work with the installation of your seatbelt. However we are able to give you detailed instruction if you so require. Q: How often will I need to re-web my harness? A: Every 2 years for re-certification. Q: If a piece of hardware on my harness breaks, is it covered under warranty? A: No. Our belts are sold without warranty and the user assumes the risk of using the harness. Q: Will my hardware be replaced when I get it re-webbed? A: Rich Safety Restraints will replace hardware, at the cost of the client, if it is cracked, bent, or has been modified in any way.
